I turned off the cold water to the sink and verified when the single handle is turned to cold nothing comes out and when it’s turned to hot I get a good flow of water, but it never gets as hot as all other faucets in the house. What could cause this, and how to fix it?

I have a single handle, older model delta faucet. I’m not sure what the model is because I am renting. Water pressure works great everywhere else in the house. I already took off the aerator and cleaned the debris. I also took off the faucet itself and the water pressure is fine for cold water from the hose, but the hot water barely drips out. What could this possibly be??

Our kitchen sink is suddenly not producing cold water. When I turn on the faucet, and turn the handle either direction, only hot hot water comes out. We live in New England and today we had a snow storm- don’t know if that makes a difference.This has never happened before. It seems only this sink, too. Any thoughts?
Another thing, one of the toilets was running for some time (cold water, too) so maybe that had something to do with it. Just hoping it’s not a bigger problem!

A faucet’s handle started not working on my sink (kitchen’s).
Hot Water one is okay, but Cold Water isn’t.

I tried to fix it by myself since I thought something inside the handle is stuck. So, it doesn’t spin with the handle. However, I couldn’t pull the handle out. I unscrewed a top screw, and I wasn’t able to find any other screws around the handle.

Is there any hidden screw somewhere or do I need a special technique? I used a plier to pull it out by the way.

In addition, should I lock the cold water up while doing this job?

My kitchen faucet has the fountain in the middle, and on either side a handle for cold and hot. The sink itself has a hole where a sprayer can come through, but when I look underneath there is only one pipe going to the hot water, and one going to the cold water, and into the wall behind the sink. Each hose has a water turn off valve, so I was wondering if I can just buy a new faucet with sprayer and attach it to those hoses, or if there is some type of hose splitter that will allow two connections (one for cold water and one for the hose)?

We have a new Delta goose neck kitchen faucet. The hot water is lukewarm. We turned the cold water valve down (just slightly) and we now have good hot water. The cold is as it should be. Is this an okay way to handle this situation?

i had a hand man put a Price Pfister Faucet put on in the kitchen and it also came with a sprayer. It is a Classic Series. the one with the white handles and the model number is WK2-640C. He out this on without the sprayer and caped it. Now the hot water & cold water makes a loud noise when you turn it on. I had a master plumber tell me that you have to take the diverter out of it & it will quit the noise. Where is the diverter in this at & how do you get it out? Also, would it quit the noise if you just put a generic brand sprayer and put it on?

I have a single handle faucet in my kitchen. The cold water comes out of the faucet very well, but the hot water comes out in a very tiny trickle. What’s wrong with my hot water side of the faucet? Please Help !

Hello, when I turn the cold water handle on water comes out but when I used the hot water handle nothing comes out..not even cold water. What can I do?

Hot or cold water, when the handle is turned on, there is a loud studdering noise and the water will stop, I may have to turn on and off a few times to get it to go. Some time back seen a show on HGTV about repairs and it showed about this but I have no idea what it is. It has progressed and now I need to fix it, we try to handle repairs ourselves so if anyone can help me please do.
