How can I put new handles on to it? Would most handles of similar size work?

If you cant see a grub screw or and thing that unscrews on the handles they you most likely will need to pull them away

Its unlikely any handles will fit and it is more likely that only the same handles will fit so you will need to contact the manufacturer for replacement ones
